The change in next Patch 7.21 of League of Legends

  Today, we will discuss about the change in next patch 7.21, the champion that buffed. Then the upcoming new skins.
  The patch 7.21 will released on 25th October.
And let's talk about the bigger change on champion:
Galio:
passive:
  • AP ratio increased to 70% from 40%.
Q:
  • AP ratio on windblasts increased to 90% from 75%.
  • Damage decreased to 50/80/110/140/170 from 60/95/130/130/165/200.
  • Percentage of max health dealt as damage on tornado increased to 3% from 2%.
W:
  • Changed effect: "First cast: Galio starts to charge, gaining 20/25/30/35/40 (+8% MR)(+5% AP)% damage reduction from Magic Damage and 50% of that amount as Damage Reduction from Physical Damage. While charging, Galio slows himself by 30%.
E:
  • AP ratio increased to 90% from 70%.
  • Damage changed to 100/130/160/190/220 from 100/140/180/220/260.
R:
  • AP ratio increased to 85% from 70%.
  • Center knockup decreased to 1 second from 1.25 seconds.
  • Outside of center knockup decreased to 0.5 seconds from 0.75 seconds.

And next part is the garen and teemo buffed:
Garen:
  • B A ase AD increased to 65.88 from 57.88.
  • Base armor increased to 35.54 from 27.536.
Teemo:
  • Base AD increased to 57.54 from 49.54.
  • HP growth increased to 94 from 82.
  • Base HP increased to 527.76 from 515.76.
The last one is the top champion Urgot:
Passive:
  • Leg cooldown changed to 30/20/10/5/2.5 seconds from 30/25/20/15/10 seconds.
  • Per-leg cooldown is no longer reduced by cooldown reduction.
  • Damage per leg lowered to 2/3/4/6/8% of target's max health from from 4.5/5.25/6/7/8%.
Q:
  • Mana cost changed to 50 at all ranks from 35/40/45/50/55.
  • Time before detonation decreased to 0.5 seconds at all ranks from 0.85 seconds.
R:
    • Missile speed increased to 3200 from 2100.
  • Base AD increased to 94 from 82.
  • Base armor increased to 39 from 30.
These above are the big changed champion. and the designer buffed galio is to increase him ap damage, not just a tank. Also, urgot was so strong at top lane. he has high damage and so tanky.

The game is created by Electronic Arts and currently developed by Ghose Games. Need for Speed is one of the most successful video game franchises at all time, selling 150 million copies of games. In the game, the players control a race car in a variety races, the goal being to win the race. In the career mode, the player needs to win the race in order to unlock the new vehicles. The more races you win, the more luxury vehicles you will unlock and they will bring you a totally different feeling when you hear the growl from the engine. What's interest in this game is that you can both play as a racer and police. Street racing of course is an illegal match, so the police will launch their special vehicle to chase them.
